**Key Qualifications:**

- Proven experience (3+ years) in category management and direct purchasing within the Produce industry.
- Expertise in the “4 Ps” – Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
- Strong communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and facilitating educational sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills and a self-starter attitude to establish and achieve priorities and goals.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments including Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations for seamless operations.
