We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team in San Antonio. This role will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and contribute to lead generation. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative, with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Support content creation for marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Help coordinate marketing events and product launches
Maintain and update marketing databases and reports
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role (entry-level candidates with strong internships considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic marketing tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and in team settings
