Job Description

RW Restoration is in an area leader in providing Insurance Restoration  work for Multi-Family Housing, Single-Family Housing,as well as Condominium communities throughout King and Pierce County. We have experienced consistent growth for the past 10 years and continue to expand.

We are currently hiring for an Insurance Estimator with Xactimate experience to help grow our Insurance Restoration Department.

Duties:

· Work with Insurance Adjusters, Association Managers, Homeowners, RW Anderson Project Managers, and vendors to estimate and plan appropriate efforts to restore property to pre-loss conditions.
· Respond to estimate requests and promptly schedule and complete estimates through Xactimate.
· Meet monthly sales goals.
· Generate restoration leads/new business while working with Condominium Communities and Insurance Adjusters throughout the Puget Sound – Mostly King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

Requirements:

· Strong grasp of Xactimate estimating software, estimating insurance losses and repair costs associated with projects (3 years preferred).
· Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests at once.
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus bonus opportunity
