About The Team Our Solution Consulting team is a strategic partner to Sales, responsible for demonstrating the value of Workday's applications to prospects and customers. The team collaborates closely with sales, product management, consulting, marketing, and value management to showcase how Workday can transform the world of work. About The Role This team supports our Net New Sales within our Medium Enterprise business (companies with under 6,000 employees), across the US in Retail, Hospitality, & Transportation sectors. You will work with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to support both quick, low-touch opportunities and large, strategic deals requiring deep engagement. Your responsibilities include delivering demos, workshops, and seminars; assisting in closing sales by demonstrating our solutions; qualifying prospects; supporting sales, marketing, and technical objectives; participating in discovery sessions; and providing technical expertise through presentations and product demos. Travel up to 30% of the time is required. About You Solution Consultant 2+ years experience with HCM products, consulting, and/or implementation

1. years experience with Workday Workforce Management, including Payroll, Scheduling, or Labor Optimization
2. years experience working with or selling HCM systems

Senior Solution Consultant 4+ years experience with HCM products, consulting, and/or implementation 3+ years experience with Workday Workforce Management, including Payroll, Scheduling, or Labor Optimization 4+ years experience working with or selling HCM systems Additional Qualifications Strong understanding of Retail, Hospitality & Transportation challenges and how Workday supports these needs Creative problem solver capable of developing solutions for broad partner needs Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Excellent discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills, especially with C-Level executives Bachelor's Degree or relevant work/military experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $105,000 to $157,500 USD, with potential bonuses and stock grants. Compensation varies by location, experience, and other factors. The role is based in Chicago, IL, with a flexible work approach combining in-office and remote work.
