Esthetician – BFF Medical Wellness Clinic (San Marcos Location; 4–8-Week Training in Temecula)

BFF Medical Wellness Clinic is a premier integrative health and aesthetic practice dedicated to feminine empowerment, hormone balance, and whole-person wellness. Following the success of our Temecula flagship, we’re expanding to San Marcos—combining functional medicine, medical weight-loss therapies, and advanced aesthetic services under one roof.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate  Esthetician to join our growing team. You’ll complete a 4–8-week training program at our Temecula location—immersing yourself in our service protocols, product lines, and patient-experience standards—then transition to deliver world-class aesthetic treatments at our new San Marcos clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans
• Perform a variety of aesthetic services within the scope:
  • Facials (medical-grade exfoliation, peels, hydrafacials)
  • Radiofrequency/body-contouring and lymphatic-drainage massage

• Support clinical procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sanitizing equipment, and managing supplies
• Educate clients on home-care regimens, product recommendations, and post-treatment protocols
• Document all treatments, client progress photos, and product sales in the EMR
• Collaborate with medical providers, NPs, and other team members to integrate aesthetic services into holistic care plans

Training & Transition Plan

1. Orientation & Technical Training (4–8 weeks, Temecula):
   • Hands-on mentoring 
   • Deep dive into treatment protocols, product lines, and skin-science theory
   • EMR charting, scheduling workflows, and client-service best practices
2. Launch Support (San Marcos Grand Opening):
   • Assist in setting up and organizing treatment rooms, equipment, and product displays
   • Lead mock-treatment days to train support staff
   • Represent BFF at local community events and grand-opening promotions

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License
• Minimum 1 year of clinical aesthetic experience (medical spa preferred)
• Certification or hands-on training in one or more advanced modalities
• Strong client-service and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment
• Passion for continuing education and staying current on industry innovations
