Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
Represent charitable campaigns through direct community engagement and promotional activities
Assist with event planning, logistics, and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and support process improvements
Contribute to a team culture centered on support, learning, and community impact
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Passion for customer service and community involvement
Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
