Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our internal processes.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and executives
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Assist with the coordination of office events and travel arrangements
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
