Job Description and Duties

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, and may receive direction from State staff onsite, the Youth Aid performs a variety of tasks and other related work not requiring information technology or use of computer/laptop for the Department of Developmental Services.

Prepare physical documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and ensuring documents are sorted properly for file placement. Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital formats. Ensure scanned images are clear, complete, and properly aligned. Perform quality control checks on scanned documents for legibility and completeness.

  • The position(s) require(s) a(n) Work Permit Certificate. You will be required to provide a copy of your certificate prior to being hired.
