HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED DAILY!! Team lifts of kayaks over 100 pounds will be required various times throughout the day.

We are looking for an energetic warehouse associate with a great attitude that can be an integral part of our team! We are a fast growing company located in Springdale, AR and looking to add another warehouse associate immediately. This position will consist of shipping out packages on a daily basis as well as loading and unloading 1-3 trucks per week. Most truckloads will be full of fishing kayaks from some of the top brands in the world. We will then wrap those kayaks and send them out to customers all across the country including Alaska and Hawaii. If you like fishing and having a reliable 8-5 or 7-4 Monday- Friday job, then this is for you. NO nights or weekends required. Work/Life balance is very important at Eco Fishing Shop.

This role will include 2 weeks of paid vacation and have a company bonus plan paid out monthly.

To ensure success you need the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly manner. Preferred applicants are hard-working, focused, and have outstanding problem-solving skills.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Accepting delivery of inventory.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors to relevant parties.
• Marking and labeling stock.
• Storing inventory inaccessible manner.
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
• Warehouse Worker Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Computer Skills
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Work experience as a general laborer, preferably in the warehouse.
• Ability to operate forklift proficiently.
• Completion of a background investigation and drug screening.
• Strong people skills.
• Good moral character.
• Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
• Available to work extended hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
