Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to join the Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Recruitment team. This is a hybrid/remote eligible position. Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to join the Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Recruitment team. The team member will work on various projects related to the recruitment of highly skilled Physicians and Providers with a focus on sourcing and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Physician and Provider recruitment environment performing duties related to job posting creation, posting management, cost tracking and reporting, vendor and contract management as well as basic marketing skills related to ad/template design. This role requires attention to detail and a high level of organization, creativity, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of Physician and Provider recruitment processes.
Essential Functions - Have a thorough understanding of pediatric specialties and their applicable professional societies
- Develop engaging and persuasive content for Physician and Provider job postings and advertisements.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style guidelines and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Manage job postings and costs on various specialty boards.
- Prepare advertising/sourcing proposals for Recruiters to use in Stakeholder meetings.
- Liaise with internal Nemours teams such as marketing & communications to streamline projects.
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanism for sourcing campaign effectiveness. Ex. Internal and external email campaigns/outreach.
- Manage sourcing tools, utilization and costs.
- Assist with conference attendance preparation and post attendance follow-up as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sourcing and advertising.
Requirements Bachelor Degree in journalism, business communications, marketing, healthcare, or similar field. (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience.
