Qualifications: Special Education (282) Certification and current CHRC Authorization through State of Maine Department of Education.
: MSAD 11 is seeking a dedicated Special Educator for a full-time position in the district’s K–5 STEPS program, which supports students with autism and/or intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a candidate with experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with a range of cognitive, communication, behavioral, and sensory needs. Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and those with intellectual disabilities is essential. Familiarity with writing goals and progress monitoring is strongly preferred.
