Working Hours: 10:00pm to 6:00am

Compensation: Earn $18 - $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, operate, and fine-tune computer-based printing operations, ensuring precision in screen alignment.
• Create perfect ink mixes and ready materials such as screens, adhesives, and digital prints.
• Safely manage printing press operations from startup until shutdown, with thorough cleaning of ink, screens, and parts.
• Conduct quality control, identify printing problems, and sustain a smooth production flow.
• Perform routine maintenance to guarantee peak performance of the printing presses.
• Handle, clean, and store screens efficiently, keeping them ready for future use.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and orderliness, promoting optimal safety and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Preferably, one year’s experience with screen printing technologies and techniques.
• Hands-on familiarity with automated screen-printing equipment like M&R, Tas, or Sakurai is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for machinery troubleshooting.
• Meticulous focus on detail and color accuracy.
• Possess strong planning and prioritizing capabilities.
• Able to work well independently and contribute within a team.
• Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Access to reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Demands:

• Able to endure standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and similar movements throughout the shift.
• Capability to lift up to 40 pounds comfortably.
• Adaptable to working in varying noise levels and around machinery.
• Proficient in using PPE when handling chemicals and airborne particles.
