Title: SAP Project Manager Location: Burlington, MA 01803 (Onsite at least 3 days/ week Hybrid) Duration: 9-12+ Months Contract Locals ONLY Job Description: The Client is an industry leader in medical aesthetic devices, specializing in Class 2 products like microneedling, laser therapy, and energy-based systems. Recently acquired by ARCHIMED, Client is positioned for substantial growth, particularly in the U.S. market. Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations & Tech Stack Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments such as startups or small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT generalist background with a knack for developing and executing comprehensive IT strategies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities CRM & ERP Support: Act as the internal point of contact for HubSpot setup, integration, and user support. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM workflows and reporting. Assist with SAP setup, testing, and onboarding during ERP rollout. Serve as a liaison between internal users and external consultants. Define user roles, data migration needs, and process documentation. Partner closely with departments to align CRM and ERP functionalities with business needs. Cloud & Systems Management: Support and manage the Microsoft Azure environment, including Active Directory, permissions, and endpoints. Coordinate user access and system security across various SaaS platforms. IT Infrastructure: Setup and manage all hardware, software, and accounts for new hires. Manage device inventory, licensing, and ensure basic cybersecurity hygiene. Analytics & Dashboards: Develop and support operational dashboards for sales, inventory, and service metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting and extract key data insights . Operations & Compliance: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance business operations. Ensure IT systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal security protocols. Project Management: ~ Lead technology implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, managing both timelines and budgets. User Training & Desktop Support: Provide first-line tech support covering Windows, Mac, printers, and network troubleshooting. Provide training and troubleshooting support to ensure end-users can effectively utilize IT systems. Experience & Qualifications: ~5 7+ years in an IT generalist, systems support, or IT operations role. ~ Demonstrated success in a startup or small business environment. ~ Hands-on experience with HubSpot and SAP. Skills & Capabilities Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained setting. Strong ability to evaluate situations, present problem theses, suggest approaches, and implement coherent actions. Exceptional communication skills with a capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ability to work independently with technical proficiency. Proven ability to develop and execute IT plans, from process design to rollout (e.g., onboarding systems, ERP implementation, cloud integration).
