Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our team and contribute to our public relations efforts in creating and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our strategic communication initiatives, working closely with the PR team to enhance the company's visibility and credibility within the industry. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
• Conduct media outreach and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on trends and results.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Support the preparation of presentations and materials for interviews and public appearances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand promotion and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
