The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting Generalist team you are expected to lead operating model projects or shared services transformations. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and principles in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. Additionally, you are expected to specialize in designing, implementing, and improving shared services operations across core back-office functions and work closely with various, cross-functional client counterparts to identify improvement opportunities to achieve desired outcomes.

**What You Must Have**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
**What Sets You Apart**
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Management, Finance preferred
- Leading operating model projects or shared services transformations
- Operational knowledge of core back-office functions
- Proven analytical skills leveraging data for design decisions
- Change management proficiency
- Experience with healthcare provider industry operations
- Designing and improving shared services operations
- Identifying improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams
- Establishing key performance indicators for shared services

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
