Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Program Manager works cross-functionally with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive program success and maximize business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate activities across multiple projects and ensure interdependencies are identified and managed.
Allocate resources and manage budgets for programs.
Track program performance and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues.
Develop and maintain documentation, including program plans, schedules, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
Lead and mentor project managers and project teams within the program.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
~5+ years of experience in program or project management.
~ Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
~ PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification is a plus.
~ Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
~ Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
~ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
