Job Description
Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join their team. As an Organizational Change Manager, you support enterprise change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to collaborate, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Organizational Change Manager
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $65 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management Plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
+ Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to create effective OCM strategies.
+ Evaluate organizational readiness and assess the impact of proposed changes.
+ Design and deliver training programs to support staff through transitions.
+ Establish metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and gather stakeholder feedback.
**What's Needed?**
+ Five years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise initiatives.
+ Two years of experience in technology implementation projects.
+ One year of experience in a Higher Education environment.
+ OCM certification from a recognized institution (e.g., Prosci).
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to engage stakeholders.
