We are looking for a dynamic and experienced *Manager II, Sterile Processing* to join our team and lead our facility's production and quality efforts.

As a *Manager II, Sterile Processing*, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Customers' expectations are met, overseeing management, production, and quality within our facility. Your leadership will drive excellence and innovation in sterile processing.

*Key Responsibilities:*

· *Lead and Inspire:* Manage and implement Sterile Processing Department processes in a STERIS facility, fostering a culture of excellence.

· *Innovate and Improve:* Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and new services to enhance client service.

· *Build and Develop Teams:* Hire, train, and manage personnel, nurturing their growth and success while building their knowledge of instrumentation and sterilization procedures.

· *Ensure Compliance:* Adhere to safety and health policies, maintaining the highest standards, including JCAHO, AAMI, OSHA, CDC, and AORN.

· *Report and Track:* Submit productivity and statistical reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

*Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:*

· *Education:* High School diploma/GED.

· *Experience:* 8+ years in Sterile Processing, with 4+ years in a leadership role, preferably as a Sterile Processing Manager.

· *Certification:* Active certification in sterile processing/central sterile via CBSPD or HSPA required (or within 12 months of hire).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
