Job Description

Are you passionate about luxury travel and Europe's diverse destinations? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Luxury Travel Advisor - Europe Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with travel agency partners who serve high-end clientele, creating unforgettable, customized travel experiences. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, designing tailored itineraries, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clients, delivering personalized, attentive service.
Use your persuasive communication and expert closing skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Craft bespoke luxury itineraries that align with clients' preferences, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless and memorable travel experience.
Manage a high volume of leads with confidence, consistently exceeding sales targets and goals.
Proactively address client questions, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience throughout the booking and travel process. You'll be their trusted point of contact at every step.
Foster long-term relationships with partner agencies through effective communication, regular updates, and proactive follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings using CRM systems, ensuring information is always up-to-date.
Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends, exclusive destinations, and industry developments to offer insightful recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a travel advisor with a focus on European itineraries, with a proven track record of sales success (Europe should be your passion!).
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, including margins and markups.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.
Exceptional relationship-building and sales abilities, consistently exceeding goals.
Highly organized and skilled in time management, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A keen attention to detail, with a knack for providing personalized recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
Proficient in CRM systems and travel booking software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and a strong sense of motivation.
