Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Job Description Summary:** The Lead Project Manager of Professional Services (LPM), is experienced with the implementation of PharmacyKeeper at the small to medium size hospital level. This involves customer interaction and relationship development at the Pharmacy/Stakeholder level. In addition, the LPM guides the implementation process through demonstrated expertise of technical processes of PharmacyKeeper. Projects range in scope from small to medium health system level implementations requiring standardization of BD Dispensing products. The effective LPM must be able to clearly communicate, thoroughly document and demonstrate BD Dispensing product implementation competency. This also involves working with the customer by gathering customer requirements, defining standard processes, design decisions, and policies and procedures consulting. The LPM effectively performs the required tasks to ensure timely go-lives and customer satisfaction. The LPM must establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional project teams. Project teams will include multiple disciplines from within BD and customer teams. The LPM is a mentor for both customers and internal team members. **Responsabilities:** _Communication -_ + Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings for BD Dispensing product implementations. + Build and maintain long-term business relationships. + Guide and mentor team members for competency. + Supervise customer teams, achieve consensus, and ensure clear communication. + Conduct assessments and guide project design and implementation. + Generate and communicate timely status reports. + Engage with stakeholders to convey detailed project plans. + Demonstrate accountability for operations and programs. + Willfully Inspire and drive the team to meet objectives. _Technical -_ + Complete pharmacy assessments and future state design. + Apply established methodologies and tools. + Address issues, provide system consultation, and implement standard processes. + Implement and support BD software, act as a customer support resource. + Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BD Dispensing products. _Administrative -_ + Manage client resources, assign tasks, and lead projects independently. + Ensure comprehensive project documentation and accurate record-keeping. + Participate in on-call rotation, including holidays, nights, and weekends. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer science, Health Administration, or Sciences (Chemistry/Biology). + 3+ years in a healthcare environment with technical systems involvement and computerized system applications. + Expertise in HIS/PIS systems and pharmacy and medication management workflows. + Experience with small to medium health systems. + Working knowledge of various software applications, including BD Dispensing products and exposure to solution design processes. + Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. This position may involve pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting. + Ability to work independently in a home office. + Travel may range from 10-50%, including overnight travel. Position requires flexible working hours, including providing on-call support some nights and weekends. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. + Experience with dispensing software technology. + Advanced knowledge of BD Dispensing products and solution design processes. + Proven track record of strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; ability to multi-task and manage complex projects.
