You will analyse market trends, assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. The Opportunity As part of the Technology Strategy Generalist team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful technology strategies. As a Senior Manager you are expected to guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. This role involves leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.
