Infor Visual Consultant

Remote in CST or EST (very light travel to Sunnyvale TX)

Part-time 10 hours a week (they can do this work with another job and we are confirming if the work can be done outside of 9-5 working hours)

Exactly what they are looking for : This project is for Supply Chain Process Documentation and Analysis. We need someone who can document processes already in place. They implemented Oracle back in 2023. This person will be integrating Infor Visual ERP, Oracle SCM (Procurement, Inventory, AP), enhancing Accounts Payable efficiency, procurement workflows and inventory valuation. They will be creating process maps for supply chain workflows. AP optimization for automated matching, discrepancy resolution and financial reporting integration within Oracle. Oracle EPM is a plus for product level planning and financial integration. The supply chain projects include international expansion, WMS integration and multi-regional process alignment. Skills with Power BI, Tableau and SQL are also a plus!

The Infor Visual Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations and expertise in the integration and optimization of Infor Visual within the supply chain process. This role involves leading workshops with key stakeholders, developing current and future state process maps, and delivering high-impact insights to enhance procurement workflows, inventory valuation, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping & Documentation: Create standardized process maps for complex supply chain workflows, including master data (materials and supplier setup), PO creation, PO receiving, invoice processing, AP review, inventory valuation, costing integration, and finished goods creation using tools like Visio.
• Infor Visual Integration: Analyze and document integrations between Oracle SCM and Infor Visual, emphasizing master data synchronization, PO data flow, real-time receiving, invoice processing, and inventory costing
• Supply Chain Strategy: Provide strategic recommendations to reduce manual processes, improve AP accuracy, and enhance financial controls
• Workshop Leadership: Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to validate process expectations, address open questions, and align workflows
• Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations that highlight the complementary roles of Oracle SCM and Infor Visual, focusing on reducing manual efforts, improving audit-ability, and aligning with financial reporting
• Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional teams to deliver key outcomes, such as process automation and cost efficiency
• Communication & Presentation: Present complex findings and strategic recommendations effectively to stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Advanced expertise in creating standardized process maps for supply chain workflows
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle SCM modules (i.e., Procurement, Inventory, AP) focusing on AP efficiency and procurement automation
• Proven experience analyzing and documenting integrations between Oracle SCM and Infor Visual
• Advanced expertise in supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Expertise in AP optimization, including automated matching, discrepancy resolution, and financial reporting integration in Oracle
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM for product-level planning and financial integration
• Experience with supply chain projects involving international expansion, WMS integration, and multi-regional process alignment
• Skills in advanced data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
