As a Commercial HVAC Technician, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

Proficiency in commercial HVAC systems and associated repair and maintenance processes
Competency in using specialized equipment, materials, and tools for HVAC servicing

Ability to work independently and efficiently to address service calls and maintenance tasks
Consistent attendance and reliability
Minimum age requirement: 18+
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Diagnose and resolve issues within commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC units and components
Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance
Adhere to safety standards, including compliance with OSHA regulations
Recommend and implement upgrades or replacements of HVAC components
Document HVAC issues and completed work, preparing detailed reports
Coordinate and order necessary HVAC materials and components for repairs and maintenance
