Job Description

Salary: $91,800 - 151,600 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in supporting business technology systems is required.
  • Seven years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday Adaptive Insights is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in technology as relevant to corporate and job-specific needs, understanding of analytical thinking, and strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills, teamwork, conflict management capabilities, and resilience in change management.
  • Intermediate skills in risk-taking and the ability to identify and manage intelligent risks.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leadership to envision and develop long-term strategies that address evolving business and technical requirements.
  • Assess and communicate the impacts of changes in business and technology strategies within your domain.
  • Facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders to create shared understanding between the customer community and the solution delivery team.
  • Supervise all aspects of a specific system/application, which may include evaluating enhancement requests, developing documentation, testing, configuration, and implementation.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of documentation, while also addressing customer concerns and communicating outcomes.
  • Use your extensive knowledge of business capabilities and technologies to proactively identify opportunities that align with business needs.
  • Lead project teams on complex changes, offering direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage requirements based on business value, risks, and constraints, while engaging the right subject matter experts and stakeholders.
