Position Overview:
Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a proactive and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing HR team. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone passionate about people operations, recruitment, and employee relations. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English and have a foundational understanding of labor laws and HR practices. This position plays a key role in supporting smooth HR operations and cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: create job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the selection process.
• Assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR compliance requirements; stay current on relevant regulatory updates.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance and HR training programs for employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field.
• 12 years of HR experience , with a focus on recruitment and employee relations preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English , with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ADP systems is a plus.
