About Us

As a Housekeeper, you are the heart of the hotel with a passion for great service. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, deep cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

This role is for you if you are passionate about creating clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. If you are a service-oriented individual who is excited about being part of a team that strives for excellence, then this job could be a great fit.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness. Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint.
  • Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure guest and hotel property is respected and safe. Safeguard sensitive areas. Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
