Grainger Management LLC is seeking a GTG Development Program – Analyst in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field . Skills required: Compile detailed reports on Confluence/Jira using dashboards and SQL queries, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and technical teams; Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis to support investigations and improve incident reporting accuracy; Conduct root cause analysis for production and performance-impacting issues, identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence; Document production issues and investigation findings in Jira, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly and ensure clear stakeholder communication for timely resolution.
Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $71,594.00 to $200,700.00, which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
