Description of the role: The General Manager of the Salem VA Hotel will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement. A successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or business management as a plus; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
