Select Adjusters is actively hiring a full-time Field Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in roofing, construction, or insurance who enjoys working independently in the field and values accuracy, professionalism, and customer service. You’ll be responsible for conducting on-site roof inspections, documenting storm-related damage, and helping property owners navigate the insurance claim process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential and commercial roofs for storm or water-related damage
• Accurately measure, photograph, and document site conditions
• Meet with insurance adjusters to review scope of damage and repairs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and documentation
• Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and vendors

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance is highly preferred
• Familiarity with estimating tools such as Xactimate or EagleView is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage field documentation
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with both clients and adjusters
• Must be physically able to access and inspect rooftops
