Role Duties

• Conduct thorough quality assessments and inspections for product reliability.
• Maintain an orderly and safe workspace for optimal productivity.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and timelines.
• Record assembly protocols and promptly communicate issues to supervisors.
• Engage in training to refine assembly skills and techniques.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical credentials a bonus.
• Experience in assembly or similar industrial settings is advantageous but optional.
• Exemplary attention to detail and precise instruction adherence.
• Proficient in cooperative work within team settings.
• Excellent hand coordination and finesse.
• Flexible with work hours, willing to commit to overtime when necessary.
