💼 Now Hiring: Financial Processing Associate

📍 Location: Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in-office | Mon/Fri remote)

💲 Pay Rate: $20/hour

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (local time)

📅 Start with a 4–6 week paid training period (100% attendance required)

In this role, you’ll handle critical financial transactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless processing across mutual fund and brokerage accounts.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Review and process financial transactions (checks, withdrawals, account changes, etc.)
• Communicate with clients via phone and written correspondence to clarify documentation
• Research and resolve complex processing issues with accuracy and attention to compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard’s policies, systems, and SEC regulations
• Prioritize and manage workflow in a high-volume environment

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and client service mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Comfortable navigating financial platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

🧠 Bonus:

• Experience in financial services or transaction processing is a plus
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season (Dec–Apr)
