**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Corporate Real Estate Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facilities management for assigned footprint of corporate real estate organization. This position acts with minimal supervision to develop procedures and determine methods for achieving objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Takes responsibility for quality customer service, strategic planning, and portfolio reporting
+ Monitors vendor services
+ Maintains budgets
+ Manages health/safety environmental issues
+ Achieves cost efficiencies
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ Five (5) years of related experience
**Preferences**
+ Experience in banking or financial services
+ Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider
+ Certified Property Manager
**Skills and Competencies**
+ Ability to learn additional systems as needed
+ Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
+ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
+ Responsible for running the Environmental Health and Safety program that includes industrial hygiene / indoor air quality, hazardous materials management (asbestos), OSHA compliance, etc.
+ Manage vendors including an Environmental Consulting firm and several environmental remediation vendors.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
_This position is currently offsite and_ _associates will work from their home primarily. They may be expected to go on site for meetings or other events as needed._

**Compensation Details**
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
