Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll evaluate internal pay practices, analyze market data, and help shape compensation strategies that support business goals and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal pay equity assessments to support fair and competitive compensation practices.
• Analyze market compensation surveys to benchmark salaries and recommend pay adjustments.
• Design, implement, and manage compensation programs and salary structures.
• Support job evaluation and analysis processes across departments.
• Provide recommendations on promotions, salary increases, and job classifications.
• Prepare and present compensation reports and insights for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation budgeting and planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with compensation design, pay structure modeling, and benchmarking.
• Working knowledge of labor law compliance, including FLSA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in compensation analysis or a similar HR/finance role preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
