We’re now hiring CDL-A trainee drivers in Colorado Springs, CO . No experience needed — just a CDL-A license and a willingness to learn. Our program offers real miles, real pay, and real opportunity.
Weekly Training Pay: $650
Solo Pay After Training: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
CPM (DOE): $0.43–$0.51
Schedule: 12–14 days out, then 34-hour reset
Freight: Dry van – mix of live loads and drop & hook
Stop Pay: $15 per stop (after upgrade)
Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor after training
Valid CDL-A license (recent graduates welcome)
Willing to run OTR on a 2-week cycle
Must reside within 200 miles of ZIP 80903
